Automatic Compliments
.
Not that I would ever try to give anyone fashion advice, but if I were to give advice I’d say, “Get a yellow trench coat.”
If you wear a yellow trench coat, you will get compliments wherever you go. I have field-tested this advice, and it works.
Hmmm, very interesting.
It certainly looks lovely on you Lori but I am too paranoid to be so brave with fashion 🙂

Oh how pretty and with your beautiful red hair it looks even more so!

Well of course you do, you look smashing!! Love it.
Bet it works for other bright colours as well. You rock it Lori:)
Very nice!
I’ve seen you in that yellow trench coat, and it looks fabulous on you! Mine is bright pink, but I don’t get compliments in it! 😛
thats a gorgeous coat, I absolutely love it! You look so happy . Wearing bright colors is always a good idea if you ask me. For one thing they mask dog hair and they make people happy!

SHE looks sallow in yellow….like SHE’s half dead. But it looks good on you! Just the thing if you’re feeling down–go out and get some compliments!

You look GREAT!! Now I want a yellow trenchcoat, even if I do know that it would just make me look horribly sallow. LOL! Yellow is really not my colour, sadly.
I would tell people to dye their hair red/purple/pink. That works, too!
You look lovely!

Very nice indeed – the color is great on you. I can’t wear yellow unless there is another color between it and my face:( And I so love the color yellow.
Well I can see why! You look stunning 🙂
It’s also a definite safety feature for drab days.
I was never a big fan of Yellow but my high school colors were yellow and blue so when in HS I had a yellow rain coat that I wore for years after school too and always with blue not in my hair tho but on my person—-LOL
You look lovely Lori!!!!
I am a boring black coat person. I recently had to buy a raincoat and a down coat for the trip and to my disappointment, they both ended up being black. While I was shopping around, I realised that people who had brightly colour rainwear really cheered the street up on dismal dark wet days. You’re definitely one of them!
Yes, that really suits you Lori 🙂 I have got a lightweight yellow patterned hoodie thing but I don’t get compliments when I wear it. It’s so bright I only wear it when I’m walking the dogs in the forest (I know I’m not going to get mistaken for a deer!) or at the beach where it doesn’t hurt to be visible.
