Love This – Amy’s Frozen Meals
.
A couple months ago, I started taking my lunch to work. I’m not a vegetarian, but I’m “funny” about meat.  One weird piece and I’m done. So, I decided to take Amy’s Frozen Vegetarian Meals to work, and I love them.  Here’s why they’re my favorite take-to-work lunch:
1. Amy’s offers great variety. No chance of getting bored with a choice of ethnic and regional favorites.
2. They microwave nice and evenly.
3. I don’t like “spicy hot” food. I’m a “heat” wimp. Often, I find prepared vegetarian foods are “spicy hot,” but not Amy’s. They’re flavorful, but not overly spiced.
4. They have a nice texture. They’re not like eating a steak, but they’re not all mushy.

Pre-heat the oven? Really? If I was the sort of person who planned ahead, I wouldn’t be eating this Totino’s Party Pizza in the first place.

Bwaaaa ha ha! That quote just cracked me up this morning!
I usually take lunch to work, too. I haven’t tried Amy’s, but you make it sound pretty good!
The boy is a vegetarian(I will get there some day)& I often buy these for him. I have tried a few & liked them pretty well. I love the quote. I am so bad that I have now resorted to buying microwavable pizzas.
You sound like my daughter. She is the same way with meat. One weird piece and she’s done. Thankfully her kids aren’t the same. So far, they’re only 2 and 4! My daughter is a microwave kinda girl and would love these.
I’m not sure if we have those here. I will have to check. They look good.
They do sound good! I always plan to take something to heat up for lunch but never seem to get around to it. I should look for these. It would definitely be better than eating that $2. chocolate bar that the guy comes around selling for charities.
Love the quote!

Amy’s posted a link to this article on Facebook, and I just had to comment: Amy’s meals are absolutely DELICIOUS. They’re a staple in my diet. It’s hard to find food that’s easy to cook (read: microwavable) but also healthy, and Amy’s meets both of those requirements. Most of their meals are natural and made with organic ingredients, and they are all SO good. My personal favorites are the teriyaki bowl (My favorite meal ever; I eat it at least three times a week- even for breakfast!) and the Indian vegetable korma (a great way to try Indian food for the first time if it’s something new or intimidating for you). I should be a spokesperson for them, haha.
Love Amy’s!! They are so delicious and I actually became a vegitarian on accident bc they were all I ate for months lol. Try them if you haven’t yet!
