Love This – Crocheted Cactus
.
I am honored to have won a crocheted cactus from Dip-Dip and The Bridge. I’m in LOVE! My pictures don’t do justice to the “coolness” of this little cactus.Â
Dip-Dip and The Bridge is the blog of Dinah, Bridget and Elliot, three wildly wonderful chihuahuas. Sometimes they even let their Mum, Lynne, do a post. I’m a new reader of Dip-Dip and The Bridge, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. Here’s why:
1. Dinah, Bridget and Elliot are adorable, funny and they rule the roost. I can relate to three dogs who rule the roost.
2. Lynne goes on trips around the British Isles and does great posts about her adventures.  I hope when I have my “Get Me To Britain” trip funded, I can talk her into being my guide.
3. Lynne is an awesome fiber artist. I would love to learn to knit and crochet. By “love to learn,” I mean have the ability magically appear in my life…NOT, take the time and effort to actually learn; so, in the meantime, I have to be content with “ooh-ing and aah-ing” over Lynne’s creations. She also has fun tutorials on how to make a bandana and a scrunchie necklace for your pups.Â
4. Through their blog, Lynne’s and the pups’ lives shine through and reach out in friendship.
How did I win? Lynne hosted a give-away to celebrate her 250th post. You had to leave a plant-related comment. Here’s the link to my winning entry.
Thank you, Lynne, Dinah, Bridget and Elliot. Your little cactus will have pride of place in my home.

I am glad your little cactus arrived and you like it!
Thank you so much for your sweet comments.
You certainly CAN talk me into being your guide when you come to the UK 😀
It is not easy, being a slave to dogs – but I’m getting used to it.

Thanks for the 27 bags of gravy bones Aunty Lori; it had NOTHING to do with my decision, I promise. Hehehe! Just kiddin’ – you were a very worthy winner. Welcome to the club!! Deccy x
That cactus is so cute!
That is just too cool!

WOW! That is one cool little cactus! And the best part is that I bet it doesn’t have any of those little pointy things that sometimes get stuck in my delicate brindle paws.
