Love This – Tide Pods
.
I don’t usually get excited about laundry, but I love these Tide Pods. We purchased a bag when we went on our vacation to Dewey Beach, and I was hooked. I’ve always liked Tide laundry detergent, but the real appeal of these for me is the design…they’re easy to use, neat & tidy and smell good. I also love the super cool container. Laundry just got a little bit better.

I’ve seen pods at the supermarket but I’m so old fashioned. I don’t even use liquid, still powder [except for Softly]. If it smells good, maybe I should give it a go. My exercise clothes are atrocious!
We’ve been using ‘pods’ for our laundry for a few years now. I like them because there’s no measuring, but more importantly, no mess in the washing machine drawer! In England, nearly all machines are front loaders, which means you have to put the laundry powder (or liquid) in a drawer, and it always gets clogged up and/or mouldy, unless you take the thing apart and wash it out every single time.
However, I never buy Tide. It’s probably not the same in the US, but it gave several of us a horrible rash when we used it.
We don’t have those here.
Loving the quote:)
Oooh they are a bit like our Bold Liquitabs… though as a dog, I don’t do much laundry…. Deccy x
I started using them when we were traveling. I had been using the Purex sheets that have the fabric softener in it as well as detergent, but it seemed to leave spots on our clothes. When you have to carry your laundry down the street to a machine, it is nice to have detergent that is light weight. LOL
There have been reports that kids think they are candy and are eating them. Have you heard that?
I hadn’t heard about that, but I’m not surprised.
Tide pods are pretty convenient and I do like them too but I just recently started making my own laundry soap that I got off of Pinterest. I’ve been using it for a month now and I love it! It just costs pennies to make too!
Hmmmm…I’ll have to tell Mom abouts this. She is ALWAYS washing my blankies and beds and stuff cuz she says they’re “stinky.” Can you IMAGINE! I mean, I just get them smelling the way I like ’em and then she puts them in the washing machine.
Do you think Tide has one called “Wet Dog Smell”?

I don’t think we have those Tide thingys in the UK.
Not sure about the connection between soap and laughter.
Having a bath doesn’t make me chuckle at all.

Pffft! We don’t get any cool detergents in this country, LOL.
Thanks so much for your kind words about Michael’s pictures, I am always asking him to do them for me and he does such a great job.
Happy Halloween dear friend!

Okay, you know I’m going to have to try them now, right? They do look cool!
