Reindog Holiday Parade
.
Yesterday, we walked in the Reindog Holiday Parade in St. Joseph, Michigan, where pets and their owners escort Santa into town and kick-off the holiday season.
There were lots of dogs…
A couple of non-dogs showed up to walk in the parade…
The street was cleared…
Casper, Freedom & Nikki were ready to go (Nikki was with me, so she didn’t make it into the picture)…
The parade began…
The Greyhounds wowed the crowd…
And made sure everyone knew they could have one too…
It was a wonderful day…
Oh that looks great. I could have worn my Christmas antlers….! Deccy x
There were some antlers there…but no one could rock them like I know you would.
The Greys stood next to the alpacas/llamas and were so calm? That’s fantastic. I think Georgia would have gone into hunting mode. Nice tradition.
Thank goodness there were no bunnies!
That looks like a lot of fun! I wish we had something like that here. The greyhound wearing the red coat (like Santa) looks so elegant.
That is Zonda (recent guest poster) sporting her Samta coat from Gini’s Greyhound Fashions! Miura has the green version. Great fun
Next year, Freedom, Casper and Nikki are going to be looking cute. I haven’t bought cute coats like their friends Miura and Zonda have…but next year, watch out. I always copy Amy when it comes to neat Greyhound stuff.
What a fun day! We loved seeing the Christmas llamas! Thanks for dropping by our blog and helping us celebrate Bart’s birthday!! We’re your newest followers 🙂

Oh what fun that looks like!!!!
Karen & the Hound
I am green with envy! I really wish we had an event like that here! I’d love taking the dogs to see that, and they’d have great fun in their festive collars and coats! The hounds look like they were having a fantastic time!
That looks like a lot of fun.
OH my what fun!!!!!!
