Snowy Lady Quilt – Part 1
.
I am the eternal optimist. I thought I might finish the Snowy Lady mini quilt this week, even though we went away for three days to attend a wedding…not even close. Here’s where I’m at so far.
I’ll work on the embroidery this week. I did the embroidery on the Seedy Lady quilt years ago. I don’t think I’ll have any problem doing the stitching, but what I can’t remember is how I transferred the pattern. I think I used the type of tracing paper that is safe to use on fabric projects. I hope I don’t mess it up because I certainly don’t want to remake the entire quilt. That might make me cry.
I think it looks very pretty the way it is, and I would be extremely frustrated if I had to redo it, too! Here’s hoping that you don’t have to!
Yeah, just make sure you use the correct stuff. Messing something up is the pits.

Looking forward to seeing this progress.

I love the way those little quilts are built up, bit by bit. Can’t wait to see it finished!
Thanks for the nice comments about my painting 🙂

I love the colours and understated beauty of this even though I have no idea what it’s end purpose is. Good luck, I hope it turns out perfectly for you. I hate having to redo anything!
These will probably go in a box and one day, hopefully, one of my grandchildren may think they’re cool. I don’t think I’ll display them. I already have enough that I don’t dust (ha).
Oh no, I hope you don’t have to re-do it. I think it looks great so far! For me re-doing something means …I just don’t finish it. LOL!
