Under The Sink – After
.
Two weeks ago, I posted a “Before” photo of under my kitchen sink. Â Today, I’m posting the “After” photos. Â I don’t do these posts because I think anyone is interested in seeing what it looks like under my kitchen sink, but rather because posting on my blog motivates me. Â It’s gotten so bad that whenever my husband sees me doing a “house” project he says, “You’re doing a blog post, right?” Â My response is generally the same, “If it helps me get it done, who cares what’s motivating me.” Â So without further ado…
I went from a lot of bottles…
…to not so many bottles.
I bought this great red basket at Target. Â One thing I’ve learned about myself over the years is that I fill up whatever space I’m given. Â If my space is “under the kitchen sink,” I fill it up. Â If it’s “a red basket under the kitchen sink,” I’ll tend to stay inside the basket.

Art Every Day Month – Day 4
I’m participating in Art Every Day Month.  Every day during the month of November I’m going to start a painting. Most won’t be finished, but I’ll get something started…a lot or a little.
Daily Inspiration
I like the word “indolence.” It makes my laziness seem classy.

I daren’t even open my cupboard under the sink, LOL!
Very cute painting!
Love the quote 🙂
I do love a tidy cupboard:)
Your under the sink space looks very accessible and handy! Great job!
Your first girl of November looks pretty good, too!
Your cabinet looks much better. We use baskets in the RV. It keeps things from turning over when we are going down the road. 🙂
Well I wouldn’t say I find the contents of your under-sink cabinet fascinating, but your post did make me smile! The blog is a great motivator and I think its brilliant to use it that way.
Looks good!

I’ve been pitching, donating and organizing myself! My goal over the winter is to have the entire house organized!
I really liked the red baskets, looked beautiful and sturdy. I’m using cardboard boxes and will now replace.
I need you to come over to my house…
Ciao

Oh my goodness, I would love for my “after” picture to look like your “before” picture! When you open any of our cabinets, it is hard to get them closed again. I am just that way. I clean them out & am so happy with the results, and then, a few weeks later, they are back to chaos.
This is pretty much our pattern too, but it does feel good while it lasts.
